– John Wooden
Moral thinking is the most important part of character building as a child finds his way in the world, yet it not taught in most schools. Moral Compass fills that need to instill in every child a sense of right and wrong. Our students will through hypothetical situations and discussions learn to develop a sense of self-worth, see themselves as members in a global society and most importantly, make better life choices and be resistant to peer pressure.
We aim to equip our students with not only an understanding but also the ability to discern the relevance of:
- Conscience – listening to that inner voice.
- Choices and the consequences of choices.
- Compassion for others.
- Courage – to think for oneself.
- Justice and a sense of fair play.
- Sanctity of life.
